(1,395 reviews) The AC was super noisy. Only one elevator working, I had to wait really long several time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich explaining I need it in 10 minutes. She told me ok and 15 minutes later it wasn’t here and I had to leave with my client coming to pick me up. A person came to the car and ask me to take it king of aggressively “seriously? take it dude” while I canceled the order at the counter politely before leaving. (1,253 reviews) Beautiful, charming building hearkening back to an older era. Staff was courteous. Only problem was the rooms are not build to handle temperatures in the teens (single pane glass with tall ceilings). A space heater could have solved the problem, but having none on hand staff relocated me to a room with a shorter ceiling. Given the outdoor corridor it's best to stay here when the temperatures are warmer.
