This marvelous 2-bedroom house offers a cozy retreat for guests. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the road. Large fenced yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing, this it the place. The bedrooms feature 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the two living rooms provide extra space with sofa beds for lounging or accommodating extra guests. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind. The bathroom comes equipped with a towels and hairdryer for added convenience. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Other things to note: We offer a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a full size washer and dryer. Make sure to not wash any clothes with sunscreen on them as well water reacts poorly and will discolor your clothing.
