Just perfect for our needs. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need and more! It was the perfect location for us to access both Houghton and Higgins lakes! Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and I’d recommend for anyone looking to just enjoy the outdoors and a peaceful community. We loved the sun porch and fire pit areas.
