The worst costumer service and hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my lifetime. Two nights stay was terrible with regards to the door keys that don’t work . First night keys don’t work so I couldn’t open my room , we have to walk back and forth to the front desk (which is far) , they reprogrammed the keys but still didn’t work. They finally changed my room . We went out for dinner and voila ! We were locked out again both from outside the building and our room . We had to walk to the front desk again to have it fixed. Second day it worked in the morning but afternoon I was going out for a graduation but left my glasses , returned in 1 minute , of course I was locked out again . Walked back and forth to the front desk . The lady finally walked back with me the second time to open the door for me. Frustrating ! The facility is old and smelly . We found dirty socks in the room from maybe previous occupant . I would have changed hotel same night if only I could refund . Come check out time , I was getting my receipt , they refused to give me saying I booked 3rd party. I have been booking through 3rd party 10 yrs now traveling the world , never had a single issue getting a receipt. But this particular hotel Ramada in Provo , adamantly refused to give me my receipt even though I paid in property , swiped my card in front of their face . What’s the deal ??? Will never ever stay there again !
