"Parking is a pain, all the exterior doors except the main door was out of order, we had to literally kick our door to get it to open and staff acted like it was normal that you can’t even get in the room. The elevator felt like it was going to break down at any moment. Staff was very kind and pleasant, the room was mostly clean, there were seashells on the floor in the corners. Not decor just not cleaned up well. AC worked well. Basically got what we paid for. A cheap room that has no bugs or bodily fluids is the best you can ask for I guess. "

"Hotel is nothing but false advertisement is in need of major repairs pool is shut down and has been there is no breakfast there is no ice machine the doors are not secure entering the building the rooms are dirty I found dried blood on my pillow and pillowcase so that tells me it wasn't changed wallpaper and paint is peeling the bathtubs need resurfaced curtains are awful walls are dirty carpet is dirty I personally booked it because of the breakfast it's non-existent avoid at all costs when you ask about the amenities that aren't available the staff is very rude also when they gave me my room it wasn't even finished being cleaned I had to hunt somebody down for towels and coffee this place is just a mess!! If a negative zero was possible that's what I would give it"

"The staff were friendly and the place was super clean. My only problem was the showers walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or scrubbed in year. I couldn’t have written my name in the residue."

"****The description of the property is very misleading and some of the amenities DO NOT work or function**** Horrible experience, money wasted, DO NOT RECOMMEND*****Check-in and instructions from the host at the beginning were great. After finding out that the upstairs fireplace is only decor, not functional, that was the first let down. We chose to stay at this property (Mother's Day weekend) over another one due to the availability of the jetter hot tub - the headline states it, the description states it but unfortunately for us it did not work! We notified the host immediately and they did not apologize initially - yet we became their troubleshooting service technician. We stayed two nights and NEVER were able to use it. HUGE let down and they got a service person to come around 9 pm the evening before our check out. This is the main frustration about our particular stay - the others were it was quite chilly those nights so the use of the upstairs fireplace would have been nice to use, however NO where do they disclose that the items they state or show are there DO NOT even function. The other complaint were the black bugs crawling on the ceilings, floors, in our bed - even had one crawl across my face and wake me the first morning! They DO disclose there is no outdoor seating yet it would be a nice touch to add SOME seating outside. Lastly the host promised to accommodate us and provide a refund and they have ghosted us and we had to involve VRBO to get resolve. Horrible"
