Just an easy 12-minute walk to the train and bus stations and an even shorter distance to all of the major attractions in Arezzo. "This is supposed to be a super host as we only go to those that are. But this is a super duper host!! Alda is in a category of her own. We have so many great things to say about her. One example, my wife needed to see a doctor. I told Alda, and a few minutes later, we had the doctor knocking on our door!! She made us feel so welcome, helped us with the bags. "This property was perfect for our first trip to Italy. The location is an easy drive to many small hill towns and near the A1 highway from Rome to Florence. Manuela was a wonderful host with many great suggestions. Her guest villa was perfect. Very clean. All necessary amenities. The house was very modern but with a rustic feel. Alen, the property manager who checked us in was great; a Cortona resident who provided lots of suggestions. Samantha, the owner was also easy to work with and stayed in communication from booking to departure. Highly recommend property and host. First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs.
