Walking distance to Amica Pavilion and so many great restaurants right around the corner. Spacious for the family and included a parking spot. Could use a few new mattresses and bed frame upgrades. A working light on the steps to entrance would have been helpful. Blackout curtains would be great for room#1 that has a street lamp in front of it. A bit more kitchen amenities (enough plate settings for 8, more cups and silverware along with some basic spices) would have been helpful as well. We would have liked to use the patio but it wasn't cleaned up and the door wouldn't open, it would be nice out there on summer nights. The washer could use a deep clean and we could have used more towels/washcloths, but no real complaints! We enjoyed our stay. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. The property was very clean/well-kept, very spacious. The location is perfect when visiting downtown Providence. The communication with the host was excellent, he responded almost immediately with helpful info both times I reached out with a question.
