We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. This is a 2nd floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building and an additional staircase to the 2nd floor. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. The place is small, but plenty big for us, 2 adult couples. Everything was so nice and clean. We stayed for a weekend and it rained the whoooooole time, but we still managed to have a blast! You can walk to the Federal Hill area and there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. At the end of the day it was nice to curl up in the living room, have some drinks and chat.
