A ten-minute drive to downtown and the Providence train station (MBTA, Amtrak), 18 minutes from T.F.Green Airport and a 55 minute drive to Newport and beaches south. This 2-story home features a chef’s kitchen with a large butcher block center island and dining room that seats 6\. The kitchen is fully equipped and efficient with an adjacent half-bath. Cozy living room with sectional and two comfortable arm chairs centered around the fireplace with a working wood stove insert. Sonos bluetooth speaker system throughout the first floor.
