The location was great , the apartment was clean , the host was easy to reach . On the flipside. The apartment was misrepresentation. The furniture was cheap furniture I was afraid to sit on it , in fear that it would break and then I would have to replace it. There was only one loveseat in the living room, which only one person could sit on. Only one of the two TVs was working even after I asked him to come help turn it on and he did and as soon as he left the TV went back out there was no real stove to do any baking only a little toaster oven that you couldn’t really cook a meal in it . And to top things off there was a couple of mice’s running around in the kitchen & bathroom. Called the host and he came right over with spray . I said No to the spray because i had my kids and myself in the apartment for 5 days . Was hoping for some traps., that would’ve been more safe for all . I looked around at other apartments they had mouse traps around there doors , this apartment had NOTHING Parking was tight and to closed together. The price was totally inflated for what i got . I wouldn’t go back to this location with or without Kids

Convenient and roomy

We stayed here while visiting Providence College and it was very convenient. On site parking, spacious family room, dining room and bedrooms. Host was very accessible.

Great stay in Providence

Great stay in Providence. Roomy apartment just as listed. The kitchen is on the small side but manageable. We really appreciated the iron and mini ironing board. Initially the sofa bed was missing bedding but this was quickly resolved by Danny. Overall a great stay in a comfy apartment.

A pleasant location to stay while visiting Providence

Friends and I enjoyed a very lovely weekend stay in this clean and cute two bedroom apartment. There was a bit of disturbance with unexpected construction but the host met us, explained, apologized and proved very accommodating and nice to work with. Would happily stay again if back in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and as described. Danny was responsive and available (lives on property) … good location if you have a car. It’s not really walking distance to downtown but a short drive to downtown and well located for federal hill. We used it as a home base for day trips to Narragansett, Newport and then went into Providence for Waterfire (only 10 min drive ) … we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Home

We absolutely loved our stay here! My family came to visit me and we wanted a space that allowed us to have the full dove to ourselves and allowed us to bond like we were back home together. This home was very spacious, well decorated, and felt very safe! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Good value

Spent 3 nights at Danny’s place. it was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood can get a little loud from time to time (cars with loud stereo), and we had a little issue with the electronic door lock, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Comfortable jouse

Clean and value for money. A couple of things which need to improvement are the number and quality of kitchen utensils and table ware. There was hardly any silverware. Also one bedroom needs a chest. It would be better if all furniture is not covered in protective covers like the couch and dining table.
