"You couldn’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach. Across the street from a wonderful grocery store. Outstanding restaurants nearby. We used drivers as opposed to renting a car. Very safe location. The villa is bright and open. We found the stove and oven a bit confusing to operate. There were enough plates and utensils. Maybe I would update the pots and pans and the appliances. Other than that it is definitely a five star."

Maxwell beach is a good walking beach but less ideal for swimming due to the trade winds and waves. Both beds are queen and windows lack screens. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"Would fully recommend this apartment and location. This is my second time to Barbados and this location was spot on for water loving families. White Sands beach has some rocks so ended up buying water shoes for my girls but the short walk to Dover beach meant a beautiful sandy entry in the water. "Our 11 night stay was simply perfect. This was our first time to Barbados. Mistle Cove is paradise. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The condo is so clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We walked everywhere and took the buses around the island. We never felt we needed a car. Betty the housekeeper was so helpful and Nigel had some essentials for us upon arrival that we thought was so thoughtful and welcoming of him. We will be back !"

"It is very nice to be able to walk out the door and be only a few steps to the beach or watch the sunset from the balcony. The apartment is basic in its furnishings, but comfortable. William was helpful in looking after a couple of things and we enjoyed talking with him. The beach restaurant was convenient to have on site, providing various items for our use. Overall, it is not as fancy as other accommodations might be, but is reasonably priced."
