Room was excellent except room darkening window treatment is severely needed. While we had no concerns over privacy, there were bright lights from the building behind and the room curtains didn’t allow sufficient darkening at night. Parking was a challenge. Limited spaces and spaces were narrow so when other guests had large vehicles not parked exactly right, we had difficulty exiting our vehicle on one side or the other.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. From the moment we booked, Demetri went above and beyond by helping us secure one of the best harbor view rooms, and it truly made our weekend special. Waking up to the waterfront views was unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel bar was excellent, with great cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Boston and want an exceptional waterfront experience, I highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel.
