Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window?
Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

"Overall was a nice experience but there was mold on the caulking in the tub which kind of ruined my bath experience. There was a strange sewage smell in the lobby and elevator one day as well. Other than that we really enjoyed the breakfast which was an add-on. Great selection of food and drinks ..."
