### Comfortable villa Elina near the sea

Comfortable villa near the sea, in a perfect location. Everything within walking distance, no car needed.  
  
Villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sun beds. BBQ and garden furniture. There is a private parking.  
The nearest beach is in 5 min walk, there are other 4 sandy beaches in the area and all of them are in walking distance  
 The villa has central heating which is perfect for winter holidays  
There are several villas in the same complex, which is very good for the big companies or wedding guests
