This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in an idyllic setting just 10 metres from Mancinu beach and 5 minutes' walk from the marina, shops and restaurants. Flat highlights : \- Breathtaking views over the Gulf of Valinco from the 22 m² balcony equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a table and a parasol. \- Fully air-conditioned for optimum comfort. \- Private, secure parking space in the basement. \- Designed for families, with a baby high chair and cot at your disposal. Flat layout : \- A kitchen with a central island (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer). \- A bright living room with corner sofa and flat-screen TV. \- Two spacious bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed and sofa bed, the other with a 160x200 double bed. \- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC. \- Separate WC.
