The main room (about 30 m2), which opens onto a large terrace houses a modern kitchen (red and gray), fully equipped and the living room with a convertible corner sofa facing a wall TV 47 inches. The bathroom equipped for disabled, is fully tiled and has a washbasin, a toilet and a large shower Italian shower. The rooms have a distribution hall. A room (15 m2) receives a large bed (160x200) and a storage manually articulated-wardrobe. Another bedroom (15 m2) is furnished with two beds (80x200) independent electrical which can be connected as well as a wardrobe-storage. It opens onto a small terrace. The residence offers free parking on the street Scamaroni. On request, it is possible to enjoy a double box (open) in the basement.
