Convenient for the airport
Impressive building and facilities, with good location and view. We arrived at 7.00pm and left at 6.00am the next morning to catch our flight so we saw no staff and few guests in that time. But we had a very quiet night which was just what we wanted. Would use it again.

Average property at best. First room I was given did not have any signal for WiFi at all, and the remote control for the AC was missing. When asked for the remote, I was told that it was ordered and would arrive in a week (I was staying there for 4 nights), and there was no way to control AC from the unit. I was switched to a room with a better view, which was a kind move. That room however also had only working WiFi signal from the balcony; the floor of the room was dirty, and there was no soap for the bathroom or the kitchen sink. Overall an OK experience, but definitely needs significant improvement. Great location however, and the pool was nice.

Convenient place in Porticcio!
The residence is easy to find as it's well signposted in Porticcio but it was not easy to find the reception. We arrived at night in the rain but we finally found it and a large envelope with the keys was waiting for us. The room was modern, clean and had all we needed for one night. The residence is within walking distance from the restaurants, shops and the beach.

Rooms are very uncomfortable. Sterile, really, like a jail cell. Beds are rock hard, even for european standard. No extra pillows, blankets. Your jail cell is cold and tired, very univiting. The pool area is very over crowded. Don't think they could squeeze in another chair. BUT the pool area IS very beautifully decorated, and has a nice ambience. Bar staff are very rude. Prices of food and drinks are OUTRAGEOUS. Especially when you consider the room you've paid to sleep in.... doesn't add up.

Nice appartment, great view of Ajaccio and coast
Enjoyed using the swimming pool and restaurant on site. Ajaccio is close-by and is an interesting city.

Good location
Overall it was a good hotel. Nice to have the small kitchen so we could cook a few nights (2 burner stove and microwave -- no oven). Not much cooking utensils but the front desk supplied what we needed when we asked. Nice pool area where they also serve meals. Would have been better if the beach was closer but it's only a 10 min walk.

I had no issues in spite of the fact that I speak French worse than a recently preverbal child. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange a taxi for me to get to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

Could be fabulous!
Hotel looks a little tired,lacking in kitchen eqipment,could be absolutely fabulous with a little money spent.Great staff at the poolbar and cafe,different staff at reception each day,some very helpful others not. Excellent position, suited us well

Poor start then got better
Our initial impression of the hotel was marred by the hotel receptionist who appeared unhelpful and unfriendly. We booked the hotel because there was a pool but this was not in use during our stay. The receptionist's explanation for the pool being empty was strange. However, that evening we ate in the hotel and the staff there and the meal were very good for the money. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel and met another member of staff who was very personable and helpful and this redeemed our initial view of the hotel.

Nice hotel, but not so close to airport.
My stay was for one night so I wanted somewhere close to airport. I arrived at around 11:00 p.m. I had to pay 40 EUR for taxi although I was toled 20 or max 30 EUR. So I was not impressed to start with. The next morning (Saturday), just before 8:00 a.m. I was at the reception to order a taxi for 9:00 a.m. only the cleaning lady was there and said that staff is not available at this time and that the receptionist will come at 9:00 a.m.!! Anyway, the receptionist arrived at 8:00 a.m. and ordered the taxi. It was an uncomfortable feeling not to have the right staff on duty when required. It costed me another 40 EUR to go to airport (I guess because it was Saturday??). My friends had gone to a downtown hotel about the same distance away from the airport, and they had paid only 25Eur each way, although they had returned to airport about the same time that I had and on the same Saturday too. Apparently the taxi rates changes according to time and day of the use.

Le Bella Vista Résidence, Porticcio
First of all, Porticcio is quite far away from Ajaccio, and impossible on foot.Only 2 bus a day and quite inconvinient.I would reccomend renting a car.I beautiful seaside resort however. The hotel is seems to be newly built and obviously has some problems.There is a pool and a bar kiosk.However,when I arrived there was no water in the pool (although it was filled in the evening the following day).The kiosk has also not been finished. The rooms are basic but have all the necessary items one would need for an apartment holiday.In our room,there was no showercurtain,not enough towels and toilet paper and also ants in the living room floor.This hotel is a perfectly fine hotel although the prices are slightly steep for what it offered (at the time).The best thing was the staff.Extremely helpful,polite and chatty.They get 5 stars!

L'environnement est très appréciable, avec la piscine, le bar et le restaurant très bon même si c'est un peu cher. Les chambres par contre laisse à désirer. De la conception à la décoration en passant par leur entretien, c'est plutôt moyen.

Très belle résidence
Très belle résidence surtout autour de la piscine... musique d'ambiance douce et matelas à dispo : Top ! La chambre est propre, juste la literie un peu dure. La nuit passée a été compliquée car musique extérieure très forte jusqu'à 2h du mat. Sinon, rien à dire, personnel très aimable 🙂

Résidence extérieurement très tape à l’œil mais rien n’est entretenu le mobilier manque de rafraîchissement piscine non chauffée. Heureusement au 2 e étage superbe vue mais l’intérieur du logement est vétuste : canapé déchiré , frigo ne fait pas de froid, lave vaisselle pas net du tout odeur nauséabonde , douche traces de moisissures sur les joints. Silicone défraîchi jaunâtre, barre de douche cassée , étagère de douche en plastique cassée , étendoir rouillé.

Belle adresse proche de la plage, des restos, des boutiques. Un bemol...le bruit de la musique la nuit en provenance des bars et clubs à proximité

C’est bien l’un des seuls points positifs. L’état de l’appartement dans lequel nous étions était médiocre, mal insonorisé mal agencé. Le pire est la literie: mes enfants ont dormis sur le matelas du canapé lit mais par terre. Le canapé lit se repliait quand ils s’étendaient dessus. Au prix de la nuit, ça fait un peu cher le camping. Sinon la piscine est sympa mais les transats sont soit payants soit pris d’assaut. Bref une mauvaise expérience. J’ai bien lu les réponses de l’établissement aux autres commentaires qui indique prioriser les soirées autour de la piscine plutôt que l’hébergement car plus rentable. Et bien je vous confirme que ça se ressent et c’est bien dommage car c’est se moquer des clients.

Très bon hôtel pratique avec kitchenette.
Chambre spacieuse avec kitchenette très pratique Grand balcon. Je recommande cet hôtel et personnel agréable

Struttura molto accogliente ed organizzata, seppur minimalista, e dalla posizione comoda sia per raggiungere la spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi, anche se al ritorno sono in salita) sia come base di appoggio per escursioni giornaliere. Consiglio di organizzarsi e fare la colazione sul proprio terrazzo della camera, dal quale si gode una bellissima vista sul golfo di Ajiaccio.

Hotel bien situé . Très bon accueil, nous avons été surclassé dans un duplex spacieux avec une belle vue sur le golfe et sur la piscine qui malheureusement était monopolisée pour une pool party bruyante.... ce qui semble assez fréquent dans cet établissement. Chambre bien équipée, bonne literie mais la climatisation est insuffisante pour refroidir la chambre qui se trouve en étage et sous le toit. Pas de distributeur de boisson à la réception , prix de la bouteille d 'eau au bar de la piscine ...7€ !!!
