This condo is beautifully done, and has brand new everything, which we appreciated very much! But there were a few hiccups, starting with our arrival, which is the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, hey are all things that can be addressed easily. The security code didn't work and we had to wait over a half hour to get into the property. Our kids were very hot and tired from a long day of travel, and were crying in the driveway, which was not ideal. The lock situation on the front door was not resolved during our stay; we had to go through the garage every time, but that wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want for cooking, and we took advantage of that. However, there were no plastic dishes, glasses or utensils, which would have been extremely helpful for a family with kids and for utilizing at the pool. (No glass is allowed at the pool/hot tub.) Speaking of the pool, there was no mention of it as an amenity until we arrived! There's a large one in the neighborhood a short walk away that we wish we had known about in advance — we would have stayed even longer. There are grills at the pool which are great to have access to, but again, it would be helpful to have dishes, grilling utensils and some way to easily transport food and dishes back and forth, like a small wagon. I ended up hauling things in a laundry basket which wasn't ideal. The owners were kind enough to leave bath products/soaps for our use, but no surface cleaner for the kitchen or bath which we purchased and left there for others. One other nit to pick is that the sinks and bath tub in the second bedroom are very high, and there is no stool available. That was very tricky for us with our young kids. They could not reach the sink or get in/out of the tub without a lot of help from us. Lastly, the master bath looks beautiful with an open shower... but without a door or space heater, it was freezing cold. Even with the water on full blast hot, it never got warm. We ended up showering in the kids' bathroom because we were just too cold. But overall, our complaints are minor. We very much enjoyed our stay and really liked the neighbors we met at the pool. Lucy, the property manager, was lovely and super helpful, too. Thank you!
