Our family and friends enjoyed our stay here! The home was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious, and comfy. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Management was very communicative and friendly. I appreciated their hospitality and willingness to help with tours. The weather was humid but the house had a lot of fans so it kept us cool. The pool was close by and we had fun using it. The only downside was that the walkway to the home was being redone. This meant there were rocks, gravel, and exposed wood beams that we had to step over. It made it challenging to walk. I’m not sure if management knew that was happening or not. ##### Tracy c. No air conditioning, but plenty of fans. Quiet and private. Right next to the pool, but the pool noise was not bothersome. I enjoyed the daily short walk to the beach, though it’s a good hike back up the hill and definitely take a walking stick that’s provided by the property. The ad says 3rd bedroom in a loft area, this is NOT a room. It is just an open loft with a bed. The pictures on the listing also were angled so you couldn’t really tell. The property was very spacious and very nice on the inside. We were a short drive to Hanalei Bay which was beautiful with several restaurants and shops. Princeville Center was also nice. If I could make any recommendations it would be the outside sitting could use a little more cleaning. Otherwise the place was perfect and I would stay here again! ##### Nicole L. It's inside a Marriott resort but not part of it. Not much is walking distance so you'll need a car. The resort has a restaurant and market but were not open as advertised. We were there a bit off season so that might be why. The Villa had some nice extras that were handy. Beds are comfortable and place was clean and nicely decorated. ##### Deborah S. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for my family of six. It was clean, well-equipped, and close to all amenities. We could walk to the Princeville Plaza and a path leading to Anini Beach is also close. While there are no views of mountains and ocean from the unit, close access to the pool and beautiful tropical foliage around the unit more than made up for it.
