Beautiful condo in Princeville

This property was perfect. Clean and well furnished, and in a great location. Close to walking paths, golf, beaches, and some shopping. We liked the pool, and having a garage. And plenty of beach gear to use. It exceeded our expectations.

Great location and value

Clean, close to all roads leading to beaches, short 3 minute walk to the pool to play and grill. Safe neighborhood and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.

Family Wedding

We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

Perfect location

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed and the beach accessories were a great plus. Location is quiet and close to all things North Shore. Would definitely repeat.

Great get away place

The condo was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The area was quiet and very well maintained. It was nice to have eating and shopping areas within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend the property and area to others.

Loved our stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family to call “Home” while vacationing in Kauai. Property was clean and surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. Not many choices to eat out in Princeville, but we stopped at Costco and groceried up for the trip and had fun, food, and family all in the same place!

Nihilani 3A was great!

We come every year to see family and enjoy staying at nihilani, this rental was nice and clean. I wish the master bed wasn't so noisy and the knifes were sharper but really that's probably a quick fix. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. We did have an issue with the pool key missing and the Wi-Fi not working but they were quick to respond and tried to help find a solution. The whole complex is great, we would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Princeville

The property was clean and as represented in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to eat a few meals at the condo. The pool area is nice, but the jacuzzi area was a bit busy one of the afternoons. The condo is in a good, convenient central location in Princeville.

Nice property in great location

Location was great, property was clean and home was well stocked. No issue parking our two compact cars in garage. Some items we managed through but could use some updates are: 1) instructions on fridge not 100% clear 2) washer was noisy and could only accommodate small loads 3) shared washroom locks did not work Overall happy with our stay and would return. Great size home for our two families.

Great jumping off spot in Kauai

Property was clean and spacious and the landscaping was beautiful. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. They had plenty of body and surf boards and a large cooler for the beach. The pool had two communal grills with plenty of friendly neighbors we met while we grilled and enjoyed a cold one. The wild chickens would greet us every morning.

Great Condo

The stay was great. We feel the condo needs some upgrading with the kitchen stock, sofa bed mattress and living room furniture(a few tables & lights that work) and a decent iron (someone has dropped it and the tip is gone causing it to snag clothing). All in all it was great. It just needs a little bit of attention to the fact that it hosts 8 people.

The condo was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. It's just a few minutes to Hanelei Bay, which was our favorite thing in the area.As far as area, there doesn't seem to be as many restaurants/ shopping as the south shore, or maybe we just didn't know where to look. And we kept having to drive to the south shore for different adventure tours we had booked (and the traffic jams/low speed limits are no joke). But the north shore is SO beautiful. It's a real toss up!

Beautiful and spacious home.

Directions and access code was provided prior to arriving which made a late evening check-in easy. There was an issue with one of the toilets (we had two others to use) and I notified property management on New Years’s Eve and they had someone over the next morning which was appreciated as I didn’t expect anyone to come until Monday. Overall was a great stay and we enjoyed our time and the home.

The place was really nice! If there was one thing I'd fix, it would be the beds

The house was great other than sleeping! Clean, spacious, well accommodated. I just had a huge problem with how hard the beds were. Almost zero cushion. They need new mattresses, or some toppers. All the adults in the house were complaining.

Enjoyed our stay in Kauai

It was a very smooth rental experience. We were two 60ish adults with our three adult family with 6 and 8 year old grandchildren who loved to play in the sand at beach. The unit was very well equipped with beach stuff. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and necessary salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc., however the knives need to be sharpened. The only other advice would be to provide a shower mat outside the shower. Mahalo for the welcome gifts!

Nihilani Stay

We used to live in Kauai and actually lived in the Nihilani Condos. We read a few of the reviews about this property and were apprehensive but the pictures seemed great and had a good feeling about it. It exceeded all our expectations. The one poor review was so exaggerated. I'm a pretty picky person and I love, loved the place. It was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with our 6 month old and I was nervous but I felt at home. I was concerned about using pack n play and high chair but they were clean! My husband and brother n law played with my niece in the pool everyday and we did our grocery shopping at foodland and made breakfast everyday and was close to Lapperts to get an evening ice cream. It was also nice to do laundry when needed. We will most definitely return to this condo again in the near future. Mahalo
