Newly Remodeled North Shore Condo Sleeps 4

On the bluffs of the North Shore of Kauai, our condo at the Cliffs Resort awaits you. Our newly remodeled condo sleeps 4. The large master bedroom features a new king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Your private master lanai offers beautiful mountain views. Included in the great room is a new memory foam queen sofa and a second full bath. The dining area adjoins a full kitchen with lovely garden views. All new stainless appliances complement custom black granite countertops. The kitchen offers a wonderful area to prepare meals for the dining area or the second outside covered lanai, which includes another dining area. A new washer/dryer combo is located within the condo.
For beach time, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and a cooler. For little ones, a pack n play and high chair are provided.

The Cliffs Resort has so much to offer: Two custom pools with two spas (even an adults only area), tennis courts, basketball court, kids play area, exercise room, and even a golf pitch and putt green.
The Cliffs Concierge can arrange all sorts of activities, even yoga on the ocean bluff. Adirondack chairs are placed along the ocean bluff for just relaxing, or whale watching during the winter months.

Kauai Vacation

We stayed here for 4 nights as the first leg of our Kauai vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great if you’re looking for a little solitude, but access to amenities will require a car.

Great stay!

We loved Terry's place at The Cliffs! Very clean on arrival, easy check-in process and wonderful amenities on the resort. Having access to the fitness centre and hot tub really elevated our stay. Plus it was an easy drive to the nearby beautiful Hanalei Bay. There's no AC, but we found it was fine with just the provided fans anyways. It was a great home base for our stay on Kauai and we would highly recommend.

Relaxation and plenty of space

We enjoyed our comfortable stay at this unit. The condo is spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed both the front and back lanais. The back lanai is adjacent to the wooded area behind the condo making it great for some peace and relaxation. The overall property and pool area is nice as well.

Perfect Location

Looking to relax and unwind in beauty the Cliff is the place to be. We had an amazing time! The home was just as describe with wonderful views and really nice people. The beaches are to die for but if beaches aren’t your thing rest assure the pools and hot tubs on the resort are also amazing so no need to leave. The host was very responsive and accommodated us for checking and check out which was also very nice. Our family will definitely be back.

Love this Cliff's Condo

This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!

Great Overall Experience

We have stayed at The Cliffs on three prior visits, all with an ocean front condo. We chose to switch it up this year and choose another condo on the property. This unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, quiet (aside from the roosters - not much you can do about that). This was a great value to be able to still enjoy the Cliffs property. The balcony has a nice garden view where the cardinals, mynas, and doves visited us every morning and dinner. Kitchen was clean and updated, bathrooms the same. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. Overall, fantastic experience.

This was perfect for our little family. A great, quiet location that served as a great launching point for a day at Anini Breach and Hanalei Bay or just at the local pool. The property has multiple water bottle filling locations. So smart and convenient!

Magical place

This place is phenomenal! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very pleasant; the resort grounds are stunning, with beautiful garden, pavilion for cooking and quiet swimming pools. Above all is the location by the sea and wonderful sandy beach. Helen and Barry are wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to maximize our stay. We particularly appreciated their kind offer for a late check-out so we could take advantage of our last day before flying out. The pavilion and nearby BBQs make the place perfect for dinner all fresco. We will definitely come back.

Very nice, clean well appointed condo. Large with 3 lanais and nice garden view. Comfortable king bed. 2nd story with 14 steps is the only drawback if carrying luggage up stairs is an issue.

Great Princeville condo

Everything went perfectly with our stay. Check-in instructions were clear and went smoothly. The condo was clean and ready with everything needed. We enjoyed dining on the back patio sheltered from the sun with privacy afforded by the nearby trees. The Cliffs has great facilities and great sunset views from the provided chairs on the edge of the actual cliffs. Recommended!

Comfy stay

This Princeville resort stay was comfortable for me and my friend. The North Shore is definitely the most beautiful part of the island, and the town of Hanalei is adorable. We liked the pool area for some times when we didn't feel like driving to the beach. And brunch at the 1 Hotel was splendid. The main bed is super comfy, but the pull out sofa not as much. The 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer were so useful. Definitely worth the price.

Paradise trip

Beautiful second-story condo love that part to be able to leave the doors and windows open to feel the breeze. Terry was a great host and communication with A++++. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items and also baby play pen and highchair, everything to do with the beach is in the closet. The Cliffs are very easy-going place to stay in Princeville.

Nice Condo!

Had a nice stay in Princeville. The condo is well kept. It has beach chairs, umbrella and beach bag with miscellaneous snorkeling gear. There are 2 bathrooms and one bedroom. The unit does not have air conditioning but has a nice cross breeze when the windows are open. It has ceiling fans and stand alone fans, we were never too warm. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes with a few pots and pans. There are food trucks that come to the Cliffs on certain nights. When you check in the staff gives you a calendar of events. The pizza from Carabella's was awesome. There are also bikes for rent at the complex. The only downside to this condo is waking up at 3:30 am to roosters crowing! It is Kauai and they are all over the island.

Lovely

The property is spacious, clean, quiet and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and furnishings, and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys and a boogie board in the unit. Our teens were delighted with the number of free activities on the property - tennis, basketball, pickleball, bike rentals, a putting/chipping green. Also the quiet, rolling roads of Princeville make for great running in the morning hours. The owner responded immediately when we had a question ahead of our visit. Check in/out was simple. We would certainly stay again.
