It was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5\. Would be perfect for 6 with 2 on the couch bed downstairs. It’s in a very quiet community, beautiful all around. Loved having the beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, and boogy boards. The listing is correct about only one car and no off street parking. It was great having our own garage. It’s close driving distance to Anini beach where we swam with sea turtles, Tunnels beach, and the Hanalei Pier which offered stunning sunsets, and the little town of Hanalei with multiple restaurants and shops. The north side of Kauai is an absolute must. It’s the most lush, green, beautiful part of the island in my opinion. I’d stay here again anytime. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket (foodland). Lots of nice places in the area to get prepared meals or things to cook at home. We also managed to find pineapple whip truck at the Wyndham opposite while we were there. Beds were comfortable and we made use of the snorkelling gear and beach chairs. Having a washing machine and dryer was also very handy to get our clothes all cleaned and dry before our return home. Would stay here again. While it didn’t have a view we were fine because we spent so much time at the beach. Garage could fit our jeep grand Cherokee but it was tight. Indeed no street parking or sidewalks. Loved the entire condo from top to bottom. It’s just as the photos show. The lowest floor is where you enter from the garage door and the one bath one bed and living area along with laundry is situated. We liked this layout because the kids could be a bit further away from the adults. We had one of those radio baby monitors so it was never an issue with being able to hear them. The second level is just a landing where the main front door enters and you take off your slopes, then walk up a flight to the main top/third level of the house. High ceilings and terrific natural light comes through. The furniture and amenities were in good condition and things seem fairly spotless. We used the kitchen quite a bit and appreciated their amenity kit with dish soap and detergent for laundry. We had knives and plates and bowls. Even bag clips to keep all our chip bags sealed haha! Master bedroom was relaxing and so large. Bed frame was a bit bare/simple but we didn’t mind at all as we got pretty good sleep on the mattress. Bathroom was spacious which included jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The pool was great and just a short two minute walk over with a courtesy guest key. There were a number of kids there but it didn’t feel too crowded in the pool on a Saturday afternoon. All the beach amenities were available such as umbrella, chairs and towels. Would have appreciated a few kids beach buckets or sand toys but we brought our own knowing it might be lacking. Kids really enjoyed the boogie boards though! Thanks for a terrific stay Vacasa and Kauai team. They quickly answered my question about our suv fitting in the garage when I contracted through the app. Easy and clean and the newness lived up to my high standards! It’s located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood in Princeville, and as a 2 bed/2.5 bath it was spacious enough for all of us. (the only downside I’d say is the second bedroom is downstairs/far away from the primary so we weren’t able to hear the kids well if they woke up in the middle of the night, so sometimes they’d hijack the couch - which was comfortable). The house itself was clean and had nice AC. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Would love to come back for another stay! ##### Lisa O. While there is no ocean view, we were at the beach most every day and did not miss staying directly on the ocean. The condo is indeed even nicer in person and the layout was perfect for our family!! There are a few issues, however, that need to be addressed: The primary bathroom shower does indeed have a mold issue and I even purchased mold and mildew remover and a sponge and tried to clean it myself, but it did not do much. They need to remove the grout along the shower door and clean out the mold there and on the tile grout (which is not bad on the tile) and get this shower up to par with the rest of the condo as it is indeed a beautiful place! The other issue is that the vents for the air intake for the AC and the exhaust fans in all the bathrooms need to be cleaned as well. We also had a family member who has an autoimmune disorder, and we asked for a deep clean before we arrived. I do think they tried, but I will say the baseboards throughout the condo looked like they had not been dusted in a very long time, same with the picture frames. I am picky, so some may not be as concerned about the dust, but the mold issue and the exhaust fans and air intake for the AC do need to be addressed. However, would we stay here again, YES! In a heartbeat! We loved this place, and loved the pool area as well, which was VERY CLEAN! And we loved having a garage entrance right into the condo which was a huge convenience when unloading luggage and groceries when we arrived, and on the few days it rained when we returned to the condo. It was very peaceful and quiet and spacious and again, more beautiful in person and we all agreed we would definitely book this unit again! ##### Anonymous A. The place was super clean upon arrival, and has everything you need. We are very picky sleepers and we rarely sleep well while traveling, but the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The condo has comfortable beds/couches and a well stocked kitchen in a quiet community. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub which is a short walk from the condo. The condo is spacious and has many seating options. Condo has a beach cooler, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, laundry detergent and a hose to rinse your feet. Highly recommend. ##### Russell H. This place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Stocked with all necessities and even had beach chairs, boogie boards, and ice chest in the garage for us. So easy to check in and out. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Location is amazing, we took walks around the golf course and could easily access best beaches and activities on north shore. My family seriously enjoyed our stay for two weeks in this property. The manager was very responsive for some maintenance issues that we noted early in our stay. Our only negative review of this property is the master shower, which leaves much to be desired. The master bathroom in general was great. The grounds were spectacular. The pool and spa area is fantastic. Very clean. Lots of plants and well groomed. Easy to use BBQ sets. The entire project is manicured and the color of every dwelling is colored coordinated. The condo was extremely quiet and most relaxing. VERY CLEAN! Appliances are new and easy to use. All the chairs and couches are very comfortable. The beds are great! The design of the condo allows for separation of children and adults. The inside W/D is convenient. The local birds are very pleasant to listen to in the morning. The condo is so comfortable and relaxing you sometimes end up staying inside more than anticipated.
