There is a rocky coast, 60 feet or so, directly below the condo with easily approachable sandy beaches within a mile. This prime Princeville location is peaceful & serene with cool ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, and panoramic 180 degree ocean views from every room. In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items, etc., are included). This piece of paradise is meticulously maintained and each year the unit is upgraded in some way.

Whale Watching : The humpback whale watching season is from November through April when the whales migrate to the warm Hawaiian waters to birth their young. German Marine biologists specifically reserved HollysKauaiCondo, so that they could monitor the whale migration 24/7 from the lanai, for their scientific study!

The Best Ali'i Kai Location & Condo: Hollys Kauai Condo has one of the best Ali'i Kai locations. Our condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor with No Stairs. The condo is equipped with just about anything you will need to explore and enjoy the island: beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment with at least 6 sets of fins of varying sizes, beach umbrella, beach blanket, binoculars, cooler, games, videos, books and more.

Also, there is an "Alexa" in order to answer your questions and play the music of your choice.

The owners/managers were amazing to work with and shared local knowledge that we found helpful even having visted numerous times. Great views of the ocean. Every detail totally thought out. Coffee, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you would want for a perfect stay in a lovely well decorated two bedroom and two bath condo. I have stayed there twice and I would stay again.

Beautiful, peaceful location

We loved our stay at Holly’s Condo. The rooms were very large, very comfortable furniture as well as the beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves in the ocean. The kitchen and laundry facilities were well stocked. The home is centrally located in the north shore area of the island. Close to many sites and excellent restaurants. Recommend this condo as it was very clean, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and very comfortable and welcoming.

Paradise Oceanfront Getaway

Fantastic ocean views from every sparkling clean, delightfully appointed room. Great balcony from which to enjoy the ocean over a glass of wine with albatrosses, frigatebirds and tropicbirds soaring across the spectacular panorama. You will find everything you could possibly need from toiletries to beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen to laundry supplies. The friendly, welcoming owners also provide super helpful information about local activities, restaurants, and anything you could possibly want to know to maximize your time on Kauai. A gem of a spot with wonderful hosts.

Location of the unit was very private and peaceful with sweeping views of the ocean. We loved sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view. The host was great, providing many recommendations for activities and dining. Our one regret was not having time to do it all. Hope we will be back.

Kauai near Princeville

This place is amazing. It has an incredible/balcony that is ideal for watching and hearing the ocean rolling in. We saw Humpback whales right from there nearly everyday of our stay. A well thought out and comfortable space for our family group or 4 adults.

Mesmerizing!

Words and photos cannot do this property justice. We spent hours listening and watching the ocean right from the back patio, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves gave us our best nights of sleep in years. We loved hiking at both Ha'ena and Koke'e State Parks, and the Jack Harter Doors Off Helicopter Tour was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Princeville Botanical Gardens; our favorite restaurant by far was The Terrace Hanalei. We will be back!
