In the past two years the roofing, new paved parking and new walking paths throughout the complex are complete. The complex is beautiful. In 2026 we repainted the lanais. We are happy to have these improvements to increase the guest experience.

We also updated to a new Monkeypod slab coffee table.

Chairs for 4 for the beach, a cooler, and umbrellas are inside the lanai closet for use to go to the beach.
