This fantastic condo is an idyllic retreat from modern day stress and a perfect hideout for a romantic getaway. From the living room or private lanai, admire the stunning view of majestic mountains, expansive ocean, serene beaches, glorious sunsets, and experience the magic of the legendary Bali Hai. Fall asleep to relaxing sounds of ocean waves and gentle breeze, and wake up to a tranquil chorus of tropical birds.

    This split level condo features two en-suites. It was recently updated with quartz counter tops, travertine walk-in showers, new flooring, upgraded appliances, and fresh paint throughout. A well appointed kitchen allows you to prepare home cooked meals. The 50” UHD Smart TV lets you watch your favorite shows or movies on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.

    The condo is less than one mile from the world class Makai Golf Course, regarded as one of the top-100 courses in the United States. It also has a private path that leads to Hideaways beach which features golden sands and fantastic snorkeling with frequent sea turtle encounters. In addition, many beautiful beaches, snorkeling spots, and hiking trails are within a short drive. Pali Ke Kua is a vacation community on Kauai’s North Shore with immaculate grounds, community pool and hot tub, and an onsite restaurant. Fine dining and shopping can be found at the nearby Princeville Resort, Princeville shopping center, and downtown Hanalei.

This property was very clean with beautiful ocean view that you can see from living room/dining room/kitchen. Bedrooms have garden view. It is located in Princeville north shore. Very close to Hanalei where all the restaurants and shopping area is. There are some very good restaurants in pinceville as well. We loved everything about it except this property didn’t have shampoo or lotion. Not a big deal of not having shampoo. We just wish we had known in advance so that we could’ve picked up on our way from the airport. Otherwise excellent location. Excellent management.

A few upgrades to PKK 216 would enhance the stay. For example: a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom, more comfortable furniture in the living room (it's outdoor furniture that is not very comfortable to lounge in for longer periods), and a bistro table and chairs on the lanai to see above the railing while sitting (the view is too good to only look at the railing). Other than that we found the unit to be well-appointed with basic kitchen items beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. We love PKK!

Reviewer Comments: The location was convenient, the views were amazing, we enjoyed the private access to the beach .Our family of 4 adults stayed for a week here and while it was comfortable , the supplies and amenities were more suitable for a 2-3 night stay. There was only one paper towel roll, no family board games ( except a deck of cards) and other little things. It also seems reasonable to provide some housekeeping services if one rents for a week or more. Overall it was a 3 /5 star rating we would give.

I have stayed at PKK 5 times over the last 20 years, and 216 was our best stay yet. Highly recommend!

The condo was nicely furnished and the cupboards and closets were filled with all necessary supplies and more. The condo was exceptionally clean and orderly. The grounds of the property were inviting. The real highlights were the spectacular view and the sounds of the surf from the ocean below the cliffs. Both were mesmerizing. I hope to be able to stay here in future visits to the island.

The condo we stayed in as very clean kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Having beach, chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment was definitely a plus we used all of them.A couple things I’d recommend to make guess more comfortable:A portable air conditioner, many folks we met at the pool, said their unit had one at least in the bedroom. We would come home from a day at the beach or doing touristy things, the sun was beating through the windows. The living room was very hot you couldn’t sit out on the veranda at a minimum I’d recommend sunblocking thermal draperies The next recommendation I’d have is to have longer blinds in the windows, or even longer draperies. If you have the bottom windows open people walking by could see into the shower they could see into the bedroom there was a little privacy in those rooms.Would also be nice if there were bike racks around near the parking lots we ended up purchasing bikes and then selling them before we left and there was no really good place to keep them, most times we just kept them in the car, which was not very convenient.
