Large two room unit with a kitchen. They have kitchen supplies at the front desk if you ask. You can easily walk to the waterfront or to local restaurants and tourist attractions from the here. Free parking across the street. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and close it was.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the kitchen is convenient, and we had two separate bedrooms which is awesome. Walking distance to downtown area, yet very quiet with a little park right beside it. Great value for the price! Really enjoyed staying there!

Offers a lot with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, in an area easy to find and park, easy to walk into Charlottetown attractions, playground across the street, continental breakfast. Wish they supplied dish soap and that the bowls were a little bigger.

Place was exactly what we needed. However, no dishes or toaster or glasses so if you are staying more then a few days might want to bring something. ( i didnt think to look to see if it came equipped) Room was really warm even when air conditioners in room were on. But again fine for few days.

Had not realized at time of booking that the building was part of a university where you were not renting a room but an efficiency with 2 bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom. Great for people with a family wanting to stay several days in this historic city.

Great low cost place to stay close to downtown. Walking distance to pretty much anywhere in town and the staff was second to none. Room was no frills but clean, spacious and having your own kitchen and bathroom was great.

Big and spacious room good for 2 persons and can even fit 4 max. Clean and rate is quite reasonable. Should provide free bottled water to guests as some might prefer bottled over tap. Breakfast is ok but it would have been better with 2 eggs provisions per person.

There is no mirror in the rooms and no recycling bin in the kitchen. If you call the front desk, you will be directed to a staff who is not actually working in the front desk. I like the kitchenette.

Great Stay - Recommend to Others
My stay here was excellent. Very convenient location, within walking distance to downtown, and to restaurants on the water front. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast is included, and there is also free parking and pay per use laundry available. For those that want to use the kitchen in the room, a bin with dishes/pots and pans/utensils can be requested from the front desk. Was also able to hook up our own Roku in the bedroom to stream shows. This is a great option for a stay in Charlottetown. Very comfortable accommodation for couples, families, and friends travelling together. 100% recommend this property to others.

Glendenning was very central and I enjoyed walking to the historic properties and the theatre. It was very family friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet.
