Villa Flora Mare VII is a spacious holiday villa located in a quiet bay in Primosten, Croatia. It can host up to eight guests and offers four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it a comfortable choice for families or groups. The villa covers 499 square meters and is positioned right by the sea, so guests can enjoy the beach within a few steps from the terrace.  
The house is designed to highlight the surrounding landscape, with big windows, plenty of natural light, and open living spaces. The interior is simple and welcoming, with white sofas, natural wood details, and touches of blue that reflect the colors of the Adriatic. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and includes a large island, ideal for preparing meals or spending time together.  
Most bedrooms have direct sea views, and two come with balconies that open to the coastline. Others overlook the green surroundings, giving each room its own charm. The en-suite bathrooms add convenience and privacy for all guests.  
The outdoor area is one of the main attractions, with a heated infinity pool that looks out to the sea, a terrace for sunbathing, and a dining table with a sofa where guests can relax and enjoy the view. With the beach just in front of the villa, swimming in the clear blue water is always within reach.  
Located less than ten minutes from the center of Primosten and positioned between Sibenik and Split, the villa offers both peace and easy access to restaurants, shops, and day trips along the Dalmatian coast.
