But some of the in the advertisement named benefits weren‘t even existing. We‘re renting houses for +10yrs, but expecting then to get what we‘ve paid for. As an example: No one welcomed us personally (we standed in a big traffic-jam and arrived 30 mins after the official handing-over time), the playground wasn’t existing (we have especially booked this house because of this benefit for the kids). Very sad, as it costed us some days. I mean, the owner reacted quickly - but after we have complaint about that. Not proactively. Also the dishes were very dirty (seems that no one checked it after the previous guest left), we had many bees in the pool area (dangerous for younger kids) and some things were missing in general. Also the house was named with the Location „Trogir-Primorski Dolac“, but Trogir was 26 km away. Overall not worth the money. Unfortunately. ##### Sascha K.
