"Hello, the rooms were clean the breakfast buffet with excellent but the staffing when I check in I had an issue with one of the rooms that I pay for AC and the AC was not working. The door wasn’t unlocking properly either and the only thing they told me if I didn’t like it then I had to leave at midnight at that time. I was not gonna be able to find a place to stay at midnight so I thought that was mean and considerate because I made reservation for four rooms and I’m like if one of your rooms it’s not working properly. Why are you renting that room so that was the only big issue that I had that cleaning parking breakfast? I was excellent they treat me really nice that I don’t have any issues. The issue was only with the room that it was not working properly that I pay extra to have AC in the AC was not working thank you"
