Great location. Fun lobby. Nice rooftop (when open). Friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Good amenities. Very clean. Super nice housekeepers.
Only things that need improvement are water pressure and maybe an extra or backup at the front desk - being a barista, a bartender, a concierge, and a front desk agent is just too much for one person at a time. Not fair to the employee or the guests/bar patrons (or the people calling on the phone. Lovely idea, but also a bottleneck.

My only complaint would be the cost of valet parking. My nephew came to meet us and have dinner and was charged 75$ for a hour and a half…that’s ridiculous as guest of guests staying at this hotel and eating dinner at JWB…
