"Wir hatten Anfang Oktober 2023 bei schönstem Sommerwetter einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus mit großzügigen Räumen in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Auf den 3 Terrassen hatte man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten, je nach Bedarf. Und vom Dach aus dann auch den Blick aufs Meer. Das kristallklare Wasser am wunderschönen Sandstrand von Maruggio war in wenigen Metern zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. "Wohnung war sehr gut, gepflegte Aussenanlage mit tollem sauberen Pool. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Anfang Juni war kaum etwas los. Morgens hatte man den Strand für sich alleine. Mittags oder am Wochenende alle 50 Meter ein Sonnenschirm… Saison beginnt wohl erst Mitte Juni. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt an der gesamten Küste keine großen Ferienanlagen oder Hotels. Die benachbarten Küstenorte Campomarino und St. Petro in B. sind jedoch nichts besonderes."

Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. Neben dem netten Ortsstrand sind die schönen Strände von Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo etc. mit dem Auto sehr schnell...

"We stayed one week at this house and completely enjoyed the experience. Our, hosts, Claudia and Gerrit, made us feel very welcome and show genuine concern that we were pleased with the property. It is located in the middle of Olive Ranches and is very private. The house and the grounds were very clean and we had everything we needed. It was very quiet to sleep and there was always a nice breeze to keep us cool. We particularly enjoyed spitting on the rooftop in the late afternoon. The sunsets...
