"Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. Aufgrund des sintflutartigen Regens mussten wir auf eine Übernachtung verzichten, möchten aber gerne an diesen traumhaften Ort zurückkehren. "Also ich fange mal mit dem positiven an: Optisch ist es sehr schön und die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Badezimmer ist top. Außenanlage mit dem Hot Pot mit toller Aussicht ebenfalls Top.Für Hunde jedoch leider ungeeignet zum freilaufen und im Haus ist die Treppe ein Alptraum. Ich persönlich finde es auch für kleine Kinder nicht zumutbar. Das Licht im EG könnt heller sein, auch wenn es eine Romantik Hütte ist möchte man evtl. Lesen können oder in der Küche gute Beleuchtung haben zum kochen. Das Geschirr in der Küche war leider nicht sauber und generell sind uns im ganzen Haus Spinnweben aufgefallen. Ich finde es außerdem ein NO GO das die Vermieter auf einmal da stehen unangekünfigt.....Wenn beide Hütten belegt sind hatten wir ab und zu kein Wasser....Alles in allem eine schöne Hütte aber besser geeignet für junge Paare ohne Kind bzw. ohne Hund. "

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
