This home accommodates up to 12 people with the permission of the host, and special arrangements are made. The Cottages on Carbon Avenue are actually two apartments in one Home, adjoined by an indoor foyer. Both fully equipped with everything you need on their own Two kitchens, 2 Livingroom's (with their own large TV's) and 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. These Two full apartments, have a large adjoining indoor foyer. The foyer could be used as added space, as it is almost as big as a bedroom. if this space is used as a bedroom with an air bed, the space sleeps 14 comfortably, but this room could be quite drafty. Each apartment has a locking door that leads to the foyer, so you can keep these doors unlocked to join the spaces or lock them to separately for privacy. ..........UPSTAIRS.......... A very cute 2 bedroom, with a fun 50's Polka Dot vibe and will accommodate 8 people comfortably. This apartment is bright with lots of color and fun Polka Dot inspired furniture. There will be Snacks, bottled water, WI-FI, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN and Disney+ in this space. There is a 50"-inch ROKU TV, and board games, with a large table for playing games. This space also has a full kitchen, with white cabinets and a fun Polka Dotted counter height table, and an "in cabinet", pull out cutting board, just like grandma used to have. There is a fully stocked pan pantry, so that you can cook anything that you would like. There is a Stove with oven, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser) and freezer, a stainless-steel farm style sink with disposal. There are plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, cups and eating utensils. There is a coffee pot and coffee, and a teapot for making your favorite kind of tea. All the amenities of home. This is a 2-bedroom space. Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed, dresser, large closet and dressing chair. Bedroom #2 has one set of bunkbeds with twin sized mattresses. and one Full sized bed, two closets (one for folded garments and one for hanging garments), and a cute polka dot inspired rocking chair. The upstairs Bathroom has both tub and shower, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Downstairs: There are more snacks and bottled water, a 60"-inch Smart TV, and a couple more board games. This space also has a fully stocked kitchen, with all of the things that you need to cook whatever you would like. It has a Stove with oven, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser) and freezer, a stainless-steel farm style sink with disposal. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups and eating utensils in this space, as well. There is a coffee pot and coffee, and a teapot. The bathroom downstairs has both a bathtub and shower, toilet and sink. It is a one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Both spaces have one air bed each to be sat up in each Livingroom, extra bedding sheets and pillows. For a small cleaning fee, your fur babies can stay with you. Each pet does need approval from host, so please add your pets at the time of your booking, and we will put out a treat, and a water and food dish for them. Your group has full access to the whole backyard. The backyard is secluded with a covered patio, where there is a large table, chairs and refrigerator, and a grill for grilling. just outside of the patio door. The Cottages on Carbon Avenue are close to town, freeway and country. You get the Best of all three worlds in this cute little get away. You can take the day out sightseeing the beautiful mountainous and desert scenery that surround you. Within 20 minutes in all directions from this home, you will find beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful Price Canyon, or the beautiful 9-mile canyon and many other sites. There is a site book, in both The Polka Dot Cottage, and the Checkered Daisy Cottage, waiting for you, with some of the popular sites, listed inside. This home is Just 12 minutes away from Downtown Helper City, a magical step back in time. a must see while you are here. There is a water park, a huge playground and even a free arcade for children in Price City, literally 5 to 10 minutes away. My grandkids love these things. There is no smoking in home or within 15 feet of any entrance or window. There is a Smoking station in the back yard. There is plenty of parking at this property for RV's, work trucks and smaller vehicles.
