The family room was amazing and very comfortable. We really felt at home. The morning desk person was VERY unhelpful, condescending and rude. 2 of us left at 10am to pick up a car rental. Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect.
