The place is absolutely gorgeous and fun. Everyone loved it. The owner was super nice and accommodating. I loved reading the house rules and check out list. I did have minor issue with the phone number. I used the one emailed to me to say I'd arrive in a hour but when I showed up he didn't realize I was arriving. We stayed here over thanksgiving holiday. It was winter time but that’s what made it even more magical for me . It was away from the rest of the world in a winter wonderland . I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this place . The upstairs is smaller than I thought it would be , but we didn’t mind it ! There are two full bathrooms upstairs and you have to go through a bedroom to use one or the other but no biggie . We are a close family so it’s not like anyone minded walking through the room they stayed in . I was hesitant about the basement being in a separate entrance- you have to go outside and down two small flights of concrete stairs . We had walkie talkies to communicate quick , and we all took turns checking in on the happenings of the basement w the teens . We LOVED the fact they had their space for games and we had our games/ relax time . The parking outside is very small. Good thing the cabin next to us was not rented so we didn’t have to park down the road - which wouldn’t have been bad any way it’s a short walk . All in all this place was fabulous !
