Apartment - Apartment in a prominent Wienerwald area, so-called Golden Ring around Vienna near the Wienerwaldsee. Located on the ground floor of a historic villa garden side, 95 m². 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room, brand new windows everywhere. Fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom with bath and washing machine. 2 anteroom. Entrance to the apartment is directly from the garden via a closed, belonging to the apartment, large terrace. Second open, only covered large terrace
The apartment is suitable for up to 9 people.

Car parking is available directly in front of the house on the street.

A park-like garden with 100 year old antique lime trees and magnolia, as well as fir trees, wild grapes, flowers and ivy complete the garden with granite stone paved barbecue area. Luxurious driveway with white forged automatic gate system and granite paving stones.

Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Zolderverdieping zonder woonkamer die niet overeenkomt met beschrijving

Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen Russisch. Daar werd ons verteld dat dit het enige appartement was dat beschikbaar was en dat we het daarmee konden doen. De fotoos op de website waren van een ander appartement, en dat vond ze volstrekt normaal. De mensen die in het pand woonden zijn ons aardig te hulp geschoten, maar dat compenseert niet het bedrog van de verhuurder. Mijn advies: ga hier niet naar toe.
