Llegamos a hacer nuestro checkin ya de noche (10pm) y la persona de recepción estaba de muy mal humor, únicamente nos entregó la llave y se desapareció sin decirnos nada más. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, el elevador se cierra de golpe y no hay como detenerlo, podría decir que no tiene sensores y eso puede causar un accidente; la alberca estaba super sucia y cuando decidieron limpiarla al día siguiente, la dejaron fuera de uso. Por último el horario del desayuno termina muy temprano 10am, dejando poco margen para que uno pueda estar con calma. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, pero las camas muy duras.

Carpet was not in good condition. Room smell was not very pleasant. Outside amenities were very good nevertheless. Bed was comfortable.

The beds are very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall it was a good experience.
