Very clean!! Cozy and felt rite at home. Close to downtown but yet very quite. The owner was helpful about where to hike and eat. Kichen was well equipped. I will stay here again for sure. It beats any hotel out there!
Awesome place close to everything. Everything and more that the listing shows. Would stay again!

Location, location, location!
We rented the Townhome and it was perfect! We met the owner Larry who was very nice and considerate and him and his wife have done an outstanding job on decorating and adding special touches to these properties - everything is top-notch! If you're looking for a great location too, this is the place to be as you can definitely walk to downtown. We highly recommend this property and will rent here again.
Came into town for a soccer tournament. The house was super cute, clean and comfy. Had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable for the weekend. It's an easy walk to all the downtown shop and restaurants and you can see Bosa Donuts from the balcony - bonus! I would stay here again. Larry was very communicative and caring during our stay.
It was the perfect place. Very homey. Loved the kitchen windows and balcony. Beds were super comfy. The Terrace had "everything" you could need. Home away from home. I stayed for 30 days and loved it. Couldn't have asked for a better place!!

Absolute the best alternative to a hotel!
I travel weekly and always look for options that are not in a hotel. I stayed in this lovely Terrace for 4 nights. It was a wonderful place to stay, beautifully decorate in a French theme. Very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Larry is great - he came and gave me a tutorial on working Netflix and the t.v.

home away from home
My husband and I stayed at this comfortable townhouse for 3 days. It had everything you needed, it felt like home away from home. We were close to the downtown area which had some unique and fun shops. The bed was so comfortable and the place was very clean. It was nice to have the washer and dryer so when we packed to go home, everything was already clean. Thank you Larry for an enjoyable stay. Debby and Jimmy

Wonderful in ALL ways!
My husband and I, our dog, Bailey, too...spent February and March in the Townhouse. We found everything even better than we had hoped…immaculate, comfortable, welcoming. I loved the decor…Being within walking distance of the friendly, historic town of Prescott was a bonus…We attended many shows and so enjoyed the dining places and shopping. Larry, the owner, was ready to help in any way…We felt so welcome and certainly are returning!!
Thanks Larry!!

Pleasant upstairs apartment
The home was nicely furnished and decorated. We did have an ant problem during our 5 night stay which the owner was responsive to assisting us with. Since this is an upstairs unit, and the stairs are rather narrow and steep, we would not recommend it for small children or those with mobility issues. Overall, it was a pleasant, quiet place to stay with close proximity to downtown.

Wonderful little gem!
The Terrace is a great little place so close to downtown. It's in a safe neighborhood, surrounded by gorgeous historical Prescott homes. Larry was more than accommodating and so helpful upon our last minute arrival. This unit has been remodeled beautifully. It's cozy, well-appointed, and made us feel right at home. We hope to come back again and again. Thanks, Larry!! We really appreciate everything you did for us to make our stay more than wonderful.

Most enjoyable stay at The Terrace!
My husband and I spent just over two weeks in Prescott and were glad to be centrally located at The Terrace. We walked to downtown events including the 2013 Whiskey Row marathon and the Mountain Bike race. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and clean and we made good use of the balcony for morning coffee and evening barbecues. Larry was very accommodating and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. It was a pleasure meeting him personally and learning a bit more about Prescott. The town is very charming and requires a return visit.

Great place close to town
I knew we would love this place before we even got there. After talking with Larry on the phone I knew they would have a beautiful, clean and warm friendly place for there guests and it was everything he said it would be and more. We stayed in the townhouse for a week and was able to just walk into town for dining anytime. The western decor was great and my 6 year old loved the toilet paper rolls with the fan shape and western stickers, nice touch. We are now moving to Prescott and are going to stay there again until we find a more permanent residence. Thanks Larry and Deni for being so friendly and helpful with our research in Prescott.

Perfect!!
Having been to Prescott many times over the last 35 years. I thought I had the best place to stay all figured out. Well, now I can truly say that.
This property is outstanding. Comfortable, quiet, and So close to historic downtown that our car hasn’t been started since we got here.
We truly enjoyed the cool summer evenings on the deck and the sunny days roaming my favorite town in Arizona. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
This little vacation rental is without a doubt the nicest experience we have ever had. The location is perfect — a 5 minute walk from downtown Prescott. The appointments in the unit are classic — a decorator's delight — which always mean so much to me. The kitchen is a dream including a view of the neighborhood, and a coffee / microwave bar. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is well-stocked with designer towels and shower supplies. Everything was as outlined in the post. We did not have any trouble with the steps up to The Terrace or the steep inclines on the walk to/from downtown, but if you have a mobility issue, you might want to choose The Townhome, or The Cottage in the same building. The whole house is delightful. We will be back for sure, again and again. And…. I can’t say enough good things about the town of Prescott !!!

Ideal Location to enjoy downtown
We stayed in the "Terrace" unit and were very pleased with the clean and comfortable setup. We love the character of the historic district, but this home had all the modern comforts as well. My husband especially appreciated that there is a TV in every room, and the main TV was flat panel HD with a DVR, Blue Ray, and Net Flix included. Another nice surprise was that the shower head was tall enough for my 6'1" husband, and the water pressure was good as well. We were just a couple blocks from the courthouse square, which is close enough to be accessible, but far enough to be quiet. Traffic was being detoured down our street due to some construction one block over, so that was rather noisy, but I would imagine its normally quite peaceful with light traffic so I'm not going to count that against it. The unit had good light and windows in every room, so even though it was 84 degrees for the high we never felt the need to turn on the central A/C. All in all, it was a great stay. My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. Next time we certainly will. We're already booking another stay.

Very Comfortable Townhouse ideally situated within easy walk to town square
This review is for the 2-story Townhouse (Terrace is partially above both Townhouse and adjacent rental The Cottage).
First, the corner situation couldn't be better, as the living room looks out onto 2 of Prescott's picturesque tree-lined streets. With short walk to town square and its many excellent non-chain restaurants we were set for a lazy long week-end, with no car - it stayed conveniently parked in front of the house.
Our stay was a winter stay, and the house stayed nice and toasty all weekend. As advertised, TV had extended cable and Netflix with conformable seating to enjoy it from. Kitchen was well equipped for any meal preparation, although our actual cooking was limited a single cooked breakfast. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were compact and the beds were very conformable. The quirky upstairs room arrangement with a Jack and Jill bathroom worked well to maximize the limited space available for the bedrooms themselves.
Finally, we must thank Larry, the owner. He was without doubt one of the best hosts. When he learned that we had a problem just before we were due to stay, he offered a solution, without us even asking (I would say more but don't want to set any potentially unrealistic expectations from Larry for future). He really made our weekend.
Thanks Larry.
We decided at two days before the weekend to be spontaneous. We booked this cute place based on the reviews, amenities, and proximity to the downtown area. It really is about 1/4 from the downtown area. We would walk to the restaurants and bars and then walk back with no issues. I live in Arizona and have been to Prescott many times but have never been to this particular area, The townhouse is in the Historic District so there are so many really cute houses that are really old but have been completely renovated. This place was the same and did not disappoint. Really cute decorating with modern touches. Also, ample parking, which is unusual.
I have stayed in many places where there is only one parking spot per housing unit and sometimes that spot is a very tight fit. Not here.
The only thing that I would change is that there is only one TV which is in the living room. Since we were only there for the weekend it wasn't a big deal but if we were staying longer, i would have preferred a TV in the bedroom as well. This might be something that the owners will add in time.
Also, the owner called my Saturday just to check to make sure everything was good. Good communication and easy check in. Will definitely stay here again for a weekend.

The perfect getaway!
We were very fortunate to have gotten a last-minute rental at The Terrace. We wanted to spend a few days in Prescott, where we hoped we could find some snow! And boy, we couldn't have picked a better time for that! Larry was quick to respond and helped us get things worked out for check-in in less than one day! The Terrace was a perfect place for our family of four (mom, dad, 4-year-old daughter, and golden retriever). We loved the layout with the bedrooms on one side and the living space on the other, and we especially liked that it was all on one level!
Sharon, the cleaning lady, was super helpful when we asked her where we might be able to drive to play in the snow. She told us about Thumb Butte, and she was right! We found some great snow! It even snowed while we were in the condo for about FOUR hours! It was fun to watch the snow falling outside from the comfort of this rental. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace wasn't working because it would have helped take care of the chill (we don't like the heat on real high), but it truly wasn't that big of a deal.
We loved the convenience to the square, which at this time of year is filled with Christmas lights and decorations. We walked to the square and enjoyed the sights, as well as some great food (Bill's Pizza & Prescott Brewing Company)! We would definitely rent this property again!

Prescott family fun!
My husband and I, along with our 2 girls (ages 5 and 2) stayed in the Townhouse over Labor Day weekend and absolutely loved it. This was our first visit to Prescott (we are originally from Kansas and now reside in Phoenix). The neighborhood it is in is perfect for morning walks as it is in the Prescott historic district. This meant that the morning walk was full of beautiful views of amazing historic homes and tons of friendly people to wave to along the way. It is also a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown area, which provided great entertainment for us........shopping, eating, art viewing and people watching. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly!
Now, more specifically, the Townhouse itself. There were 2 bedrooms, which was perfect for the 4 of us and gave us enough room to be comfortable. It was nice to not feel like we were constantly on top of one another. The living room provided enough seating and the large television was great for movie watching. We did have some trouble connecting to the Netflix service, but that likely could have been fixed just by a quick call to Larry (we were only there a short time and had plenty of other movies to watch that we had brought, so it was not a big deal to us). Larry and his wife, Deni, were both super friendly and even called after we left to make sure that everything went well. The home was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was fairly well stocked for our needs. We did use the outdoor grill and there were no grilling tools in the home, but we were able to make due and borrow some things from the very kind couple staying in the Cottage. We certainly used the outdoor patio/eating area as often as we could! One of the other great bonuses is that there is a washer and dryer available for your use, so it would be perfect for an extended stay!
Overall, we were very happy with the Townhouse and it's owners. We will definitely go to them first when we plan our next Prescott trip!
Great location, comfortable, charming downtown apartment. Hosts were very responsive. Our son will be going to Embry Riddle for school and we will be regulars!
We had a great stay! Super clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, and BoSa donut shop across the street. Easy check-in, responsive host. Only complaints would be a squeaky bathroom door (only seems loud in the middle of the night), and the master ceiling fan starts knocking after it's been on for a while. Turning the speed down helped. Otherwise, perfect!
Very nice stay. Very comfortable and relaxing but two concerns. the stairs are difficult, especially for older people. Wife slipped going down because stair end cap too slick. The frig takes too long to cool so had to fill coolers with ice for first couple days.
Our stay was pleasant and convenient and the location can’t be beat in terms of it being walking distance to town and access to shops and restaurants. Easy parking, great host communication. Not for people with mobility issues as it is up a flight of stairs. We enjoyed the little outdoor balcony.
