And what we found was a perfect cottage, cute garden that my pup loved, and so close to the restaurants and boutiques of Prescott. The owner was very personable, working in the garden while we were there and asking how he could make our stay wonderful. In close distance to a lot of hiking trails. However, the owners were on sight at all times during my stay and somewhat an infringement of my privacy. As soon as I’d walk through the gates, they would approach me/ text with issues. They were reluctant for us to use the bikes mentioned in the contract. At the end of my stay I was changed $100.00 for bleach stains in comforter/sheets when I didn’t even use bleach. Not recommend for travel nurses. ##### Jenny N. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who want to stay close to downtown and have a private feeling during your stay. I have never given a review before but I had to with this place. We stayed in the back unit which had a private area that really made our trip. I would go back there again without a second thought. HIGHLY recommend this unit. ##### mike m. Ron and Kris have a lovely home close to downtown Prescott. We have had the opportunity to stay there twice- once in the front unit and once in the back unit. The home is clean and oh so charming. All updates are done very well. The kitchen is outfitted with anything you could need. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens. Downtown is a short walk away.
