This family-friendly retreat is a true home away from home, located close to local events yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by pine trees, natural light, and deer.
Kitchen: Equipped with a Keurig/drip coffee combo, coffee, oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, dishes, and silverware—everything you need to cook meals.
Living Room: Features a large comfortable couch with a pull-out sofa bed, a large smart TV for streaming, and a dining table seating six.
Bedroom 1: King-size day bed with an office workspace, desk chair, monitor, suitcase rack, and plenty of natural light.
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, bedside tables, dresser, ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3: Peter Pan kids' room with a twin over full bunk bed, whimsical fairy decor, and lighting.
Bedroom 4: Semi-private loft above the living room with a king-size bed, nightstand, loveseat, ottoman, dresser, table with chairs, and games.
Bathroom 1: Master ensuite with tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, towels, and washcloths.
Bathroom 2: Near Bedrooms 3 and 4 with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Half Bathroom: Near the master bedroom and living room. Includes a toilet and sink.
Exterior: Outdoor seating and fairy lights create a whimsical atmosphere, plus a grill for your enjoyment. Free parking is available for up to three vehicles.
Note: This home is not currently wheelchair accessible, as there are several stairs from the driveway to the front door and stairs inside the home.
Before booking the Magical Treehouse, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay:
Guests will need to navigate several stairs from the parking area to the front door, and there are additional stairs inside the home to reach the bedrooms. This home is not wheelchair accessible and may pose challenges for guests with physical limitations.
Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.
Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. The city has a noise ordinance of 9PM, Keep noise levels to a minimum, to ensure a harmonious living environment.
No Smoking - For the comfort and wellbeing of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property.
Guest Limit - The home is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit of 10 to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
Check-In and Check-Out Times - Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pets: An additional fee applies for pets, so please include them in your reservation if you plan to bring any. Do not leave pets unattended and please make sure pets stay off the furniture. Out of respect for our home and future guests, pets cannot urinated or defecate in the home and guests are responsible to ensure all pet waste is picked up from our yard prior to your departure. Please note that a $100 fee will be charged for any pet waste left in the yard.
Fire Restrictions: Arizona observes fire bans during wildland fire season. Local restrictions may prevent the use of fire pits during this time. Please do not start fires during these restrictions. We do not include firewood as an amenity but you may purchase firewood at Fry's Grocery/Gas Station.
Amenities: If you run out of amenities, (coffee, toilet paper, etc…) please contact Hometown Hosts during normal business hours for replenishment.
Cooling/Heating: Guests can enjoy central air and heating during their stay; however, please note that there may be some noise from the air flowing through the vents.
Checkout Instructions: Please leave the beds unmade, place towels in front of the washing machine, run the dishwasher, pick up pet waste from the yard and remove all food from the fridge, disposing of trash in the bins in the garage. We have a $100 fine for leaving pet waste in the yard.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking platform for details.
