  • Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

    This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

    This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. There are a couple uneven steps between the main house and the guest house Additionally, there is Internet with included Wifi, a Smart TV in the main house and guest house. There is fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove over oven in the main house .

    Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

A beautiful historic home that’s truly 2 blocks from all the action. Unfortunately the pavers between the main home, guest house and fire pit aren’t level. It’s a problem for kids and these two elderly folks who felt it was a trip fall waiting to happen. We don’t traditionally stay in VRBO properties, so couldn’t access communication from the owner. Of the 3 gates, 2 were secure and we lodged a chair in the unsecured gate to keep our pups safe.

FABULOUS STAY!!! Todd was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were both tidy and having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our pup. Incredible peaceful location overlooking Prescott with a quick walk to downtown while not being in the thick of the nightlife. We'll be back for sure:)

Perfect location and setup for two couples in downtown Prescott. A very peaceful location just a short walk from Whiskey Row and all the action. Easy to get to local hiking trails and family in the area. The appliances were great and the space was super cozy.

The place was great. Two blocks away from Whiskey Row so you can walk to the court house square. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of room. The guesthouse also had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again.
