In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. There are a couple uneven steps between the main house and the guest house Additionally, there is Internet with included Wifi, a Smart TV in the main house and guest house. There is fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove over oven in the main house . Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Two blocks away from Whiskey Row so you can walk to the court house square. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of room. The guesthouse also had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family.
