Just a short walk up the street to the entrance to Acker Park. Everything is 2022 new except the orange washer/dryer and the vintage 70's glassware. Every dish..to every door handle..to every towel was curated with fun design in mind. Think Boutique Hotel not generic airbnb/vrbo. Nothing is generic or like a grandma's house. We came up for the bike race in Prescott with our son daughter in law and our 2 grandsons ages 3 and 6\. The location is perfect. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town square without crossing a busy street. The neighborhood is quiet. The rooms in the house were all big enough. The bathrooms were modern and roomy with good counter space. All the appliances and furnishings are modern and working. It has great parking both on the driveway and on the street also a fenced backyard that the kids could play in. The owner let us know early afternoon that the house was ready early so we didn’t have to wait to check in. The WiFi was very fast. The house was very clean. Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Kat B. 14 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy We absolutely loved our stay at this 1970’s themed home near Whiskey Row! Location was perfect for a quick drive to downtown! The décor was incredible—the attention to detail felt true to the era, making the whole space fun and unique. The home was spotless; cleanliness was definitely a 10/10\. The only drawback is that the home does not have central AC, which I didn’t realize until the check-in instructions arrived. That said, the temperatures during our stay were perfect, and with the fans provided, the house stayed very comfortable.
