It is three easy blocks to The Courthouse Square and Historic Whiskey Row. You’ll love it because of the location and the ambience. As it is fully turn-key furnished and ready to occupy, you only need to bring your clothes and food. Hi Definition Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Roku, and all the modern conveniences are included as well central air conditioning & heat. With vaulted ceilings, skylights and lovely, large windows, is bright and airy. The patio home is situated in the very back of my back yard in a quiet alleyway between Carlton and Goodwin Streets. Everything was clean and nice. The master bedroom is pretty small with just a few feet on either side of a queen bed, but there is a nice bathroom adjacent to it, and a room with a small loveseat and chest of drawers where we put our stuff. The "guest bedroom" was good size with a pull out couch. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all connected with a second bathroom and laundry room just off of those. I think we stayed there 2-3 weeks. The entrance is in the alley, and we were less than a block away from the library and a 10 minute walk from the downtown.
