"This place was smelly the pillows and blankets had a terrible smell to them! The couch was all matted and smelly ans we wouldn't even sit on it! We had no towels but the owner told us to go get them in his storage but we didn't as the place was just too dirty for us to stay in! The worst part about this as it was our anniversary Weekend getaway that we traveled 3 hours to get here thinking it was going to be a wonderful place and it was definitely a big letdown! Hopefully this never happens to...

Though the cabin is cozy for the four of us, we had enough space and spent most of our days outside. Was easy to get into town but far enough away that the lake was pretty quite during the week. "Rustic cabin on the lake. Very close to neighboring cabins. However it was still fairly quiet. The cabin and especially the bed pillows had a musty smell but otherwise the cabin was clean."

"Everything has been done with intention on this property. If it’s not brand new, it definitely feels like it. Very clean, comfortable & picturesque overall. Even though near roads, the tree coverage makes it feel very private - didn’t hear any neighbors which is miraculous especially since it was July 4th weekend/week. "Our a-frame cabin was clean and warm for our sub-zero stay in mid February. The view of the snow covered frozen lake was awesome. Our host was very warm and friendly, and although we didn't need anything, was available any time we went down to the cozy little restaurant where you could always find her. Our dinner there was delicious, at our table right next to the warm fireplace. We hope to be back soon !!"
