Bienvenue dans notre gîte de charme situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une vieille ferme en pierre récemment rénovée avec goût et authenticité.  
  
Ce logement de 4 personnes donne accès de plain-pied sur une belle terrasse et est situé en entre prairie et forêt.  
  
Vous serez séduit par le luxe des équipements modernes mêlés au charme des murs en pierre, offrant ainsi un parfait équilibre entre confort contemporain et charme historique.  
  
The Space:  
Ce logement en duplex de 80 m² permet d’accueillir 4 personnes.  
  
Il est composé de :  
\- Entrée avec dressing  
\- Cuisine ouverte sur Salon/Séjour de 35 m² au rez-de-chaussée  
\- 2 chambres au premier étage  
\- 1 salle de bain et 2 wc  
  
Le logement a une jolie terrasse accessible depuis la pièce à vivre. Vous pourrez également accéder directement au jardin.   
  
Le logement propose des prestations de qualité avec un plancher chauffant intégral, une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi que de la literie premium.  
  
La pièce à vivre est ouverte sur une terrasse privative et le jardin au milieu de la nature.  
  
Par ailleurs, vous disposerez d’un accès à un local à ski et à vélo, à un banc de fartage pour les skis.  
  
Guest Access:  
L'emplacement de la ferme offre un cadre paisible au bout d’un chemin en forêt de 600 m. L'accès en voiture se fait depuis la D25 reliant Prémanon à Morez, en passant devant le centre de vacance de Prémonval.   
  
Pour autant, située à moins de 800 m du centre de Prémanon, vous avez accès à pieds via les sentiers forestiers à tous les commerces de proximités du village (épiceries, restaurant, patinoire, …).  
  
Les domaines skiables Alpin et Nordique de la Station des Rousses se situent en grande majorité sur la commune de Prémanon. Vous pourrez ainsi chausser les skis de fonds depuis le centre de village et les skis Alpins en 5 minutes de voiture. En hiver, les ski-bus vous permettrons d’accéder à tous les domaines skiables et à toutes les commodités de la station (arrêt de bus situé à moins de 600 m de la maison).   
  
Pas besoins de se déplacer pour les sorties randonnées, VTT et raquettes, la ferme est située au cœur de cet espace naturel ! Vous pourrez partir directement depuis votre hébergement !
