It consists of a large living room with a kitchen and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Fenster sind hervorragend schallisoliert, sodass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern die Glocke der Kirche, die sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet, praktisch nicht hört. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster und eine Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Am großen Esstisch haben acht Personen Platz. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Treppenhaus und wird gemeinsam mit anderen Bewohnern genutzt. Discounter, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Restaurants und ein Badesee liegen wenige Kilometer entfernt, während es nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt einen Dorfladen gibt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar.
