Warm welcome with cheese!

Very warm welcome from our hosts, and a generous surprise gift of local cheese. Lots of space in this quaint old-fashioned apartment. Heating superb, bed very comfortable. Downside probably lack of outdoor space in the evening sun, but weather during our stay meant that was not a concern! Highly recommend and would certainly visit again if planning another trip to this area.

Appartement tt confort, excellent point de départ pour des activités variées

Nous avons trouvé un appartement confortable, très bien chauffé et particulièrement bien équipé. Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions trouvées lors de notre arrivée : morceaux de fromage, papillotes, déco de Noël. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les placards garnis de produits divers dénotant une certaine générosité. L'appartement est situé au milieu d'une belle nature proposant de fort jolies balades. La jolie station des Rousses et les pistes de ski sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. Parfait pour un séjour sportif ! Seuls bémols à notre séjour : le fait que l 'appartement où nous étions soit un tout petit peu sombre (peu important en hiver) et que la maison soit située en bord de route, ce qui complique l'accès direct et sécurisé aux chemins de promenade, pour les jeunes enfants par exemple ; une wi-fi un peu faible ; et enfin une connexion réseau compliquée... Mais tout ceci n'a en rien gâché notre plaisir à habiter les lieux !

Bonjour. Je souligne la qualité du logement, la propreté et les équipements à disposition. L'appartement est bien situé dans un endroit calme et très joli. Un supermarché où l'on trouve de tout est à moins d'1 km. Attention, la connexion internet est lente mais la fibre optique va être installée dans les mois qui viennent. Thomas.

Gîte impeccable et super équipé.Propriétaires très sympathiques.Félicitations à Monsieur et Madame Ponard pour leur magnifique gîte. Très bonne situation, proche de la station des Rousses. Amis randonneurs, région de moyenne montagne avec des points de vue fabuleux, lac Léman, Chaux-Neuve et ses tremplins vertigineux, La Dôle et son radar impressionnant de l'aéroport de Genève-Cointrain, le Crêt de Charam, Fernay Voltaire et son château avec vue sur le Mont-blanc etc etc. Pas assez avec 15 jours.

Gite les flocons a Premanon

Un grand merci a Daniel et Patricia pour leur chaleureux accueil,toutes leurs petites attentions tout au long du sejour que nous avons beaucoup apprecier,des legumes du jardin et du fromage a notre arriver dans le frigo 😉 Daniel toujours present pour nous demander si tout se passer bien,le logement etait super et bien équiper il nous manquer rien. On a passer un sejour sublime ,on reviendra c'est sur car nous avons apprecier la gentillesse de ces proprietaires. Prémanon est au cœur d'une magnifique région qui offre des activités pour tous...randos, nombreux lacs et possibilité de se baigner, pédalo, VTT, visites culturelles (nombreux musées)...Bref! il y en a pour tous les goûts. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très accueillants, simples et chaleureux.Le frigo nous accueillait aussi avec de belles part généreuses de comté et morbier, et aussi 2 bières! quel plaisir... Quant au gîte, il a tout ! et la propreté était irréprochable.Merci donc Daniel et Patricia

PARFAIT

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes très gentils et disponibles. Le logement est propre et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié les fromages offerts par nos hôtes à notre arrivée (délicate attention). La salle de bain est grande et il y a de la place pour poser ses affaires, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans beaucoup de logement. Nous avions à notre disposition des gants de toilettes (c'est rare) et serviettes avec chacun une couleur différente, ainsi que des chaussons. Nous avons apprécié la petite entrée fermée où on peut se déchausser sans salir l'intérieur. La station de ski est proche 15 minutes seulement. La cuisine est vraiment grande et bien équipée pour cuisiner (tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible) comme à la maison ! La quantité de vaisselle est suffisante pour plusieurs repas sans faire de vaisselle. Il y a de nombreuses prises électriques et rallonges pour charger tout les appareils et téléphones (ce n'est pas le cas partout). Il y a une place de parking juste devant la porte d'entrée ce qui est bien pratique pour les bagages. Il y a un petit salon pour regarder la télé. Il y a aussi un petit enclos pour faire courir notre chien sans laisse. Le fait de pouvoir emmener son animal de compagnie est vraiment un plus. Pour résumer, cette location est parfaite pour passer une semaine idéale en famille, nous recommandons vivement. Merci à nos hôtes, et à leur fils qui nous a bien accueillis, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
