"Place is new and very clean, but: Location is next to an industrial zone Toilets and bathroom are shared Room is very small and cluttered There is no window. Last week, even if not particularly hot for the season, room was stuffy, with no air. It was 27 celsius inside. When you go out for the day you are asked to perform incredible gymnastics to leave the door shutter half open and to pull a curtain so that belongings cannot be viewed from the outside. "The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "

"Older style hotel fully modernised. Comfortable room, lovely staff. Used the bar but didn’t eat in hotel. Fantastic location just 25 mts from the promenade and beach. 15 min walk to town shops etc. Would certainly stay again if in La Baule. "
