Superb 3-room apt with parking, near slopes and lake - Praz sur Arly

Located on the second floor of a luxury residence with lift, this flat comprises a living/dining room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a BZ sofa bed and a double bunk bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

The residence is located in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, not far from the ski slopes (around 600 metres). The new summer swimming lake is around 800 metres from the flat.
You will have the use of a named indoor parking space and a private ski locker. The flat has a north-facing balcony accessible from the living room.

The accommodation is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

This accommodation does not accept pets.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.

Please note: Construction work is currently underway near the flat during the summer of 2025. Noise pollution may therefore occur during the day.
