Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The apartment is composed as follows: \- A living room of 37 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area \- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) \- A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside : \- A balcony of 7 m², facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The apartment is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment, 700 meters from the ski lifts, in the center of the village. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding ... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride! In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach of the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a trail or climbing on the site of the Carrière or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. New swimming lake : aqualudic course, floating games, accrobranche, tyrolienne... Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc...
